Position Overview:
Our Medline Acute Care sales division acts as the primary liaison for various departments within healthcare facilities, including Operating Rooms, Catheterization Labs, Intensive Care Units, Labor and Delivery, Emergency Services, Supply Chain Management, and Executive Leadership.

By collaborating with clinical and industry experts, we are able to provide a comprehensive range of products and solutions aimed at enhancing patient care.

We focus on improving healthcare delivery through high-quality medical supplies and tailored solutions, which is why our clients consistently regard us as their reliable business partner - we strive to enhance the efficiency of healthcare operations.


Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with hospitals in the designated region to promote and sell our product offerings.

This team is responsible for marketing items such as examination gloves, durable medical devices, incontinence supplies, surgical kits, plastics, skincare items, textiles, bathing systems, gauze, packs, gowns, protective clothing, surgical trays, advanced wound care products, surgeons' gloves, and other essential hospital supplies.

- Conducting sales presentations to various stakeholders, leading to successful product and program sales.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Introducing and promoting new products while sustaining existing business relationships.
- Fostering teamwork among colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration across the healthcare continuum.
- Demonstrating leadership capabilities and a strong ability to finalize sales.
- Preparing competitive bids and pricing proposals.
- Occasionally conducting cold outreach to explore new market opportunities.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record in quota attainment and cold calling, or at least 5 years of relevant sales experience is required. Candidates should demonstrate a history of sales growth and achievement of targets.
Exceptional presentation skills across multiple product lines are essential, along with strong communication and organizational abilities. Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Excel, Word, and Outlook, is necessary.
As this role involves significant travel, candidates must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to spend approximately 90% of their workday traveling and engaging with healthcare professionals on-site.
