Position Overview

At Verkada, we are committed to building a premier Sales organization, and we seek to enhance our team with a Sales Enablement Manager who will facilitate a seamless onboarding process, ensure team readiness, and boost overall productivity.

Our approach to Sales Enablement is distinctive; we empower our team members with the autonomy and ownership necessary to innovate and adapt, driving success in their roles.

As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will collaborate closely with Sales leadership to oversee the comprehensive execution of onboarding and enablement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the strategic enablement partner for the Phoenix team, which consists of approximately 45 sales representatives, collaborating with key stakeholders to organize onboarding, ongoing training, tool management, and content development.
  • Identify team needs regarding effectiveness and create training materials to enhance performance, address gaps, and improve product knowledge.
  • Become a subject matter expert on our products to deliver high-quality training and resources.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales Strategy, Product, Marketing, and other internal teams to continuously innovate and enhance the Enablement experience and communication processes.
  • Manage the onboarding and extended onboarding calendar for your team, ensuring clarity of expectations while providing an exceptional experience for all new hires.
  • Serve as an organized communicator to assist in managing sales onboarding, sales kick-offs, quarterly business reviews, and ongoing training schedules, ensuring stakeholders are updated on changes in sales and tool processes.
  • Support the management of tools and resources to enhance sales productivity, including creating reports, addressing representative inquiries, and sourcing branded materials.
  • Maintain current knowledge within our internal Sales Hub and track the usage of resources to optimize effectiveness.
  • Contribute to larger-scale enablement initiatives to ensure organizational success.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Sales Enablement, Training, or related Sales roles.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence.
  • A self-starter who is comfortable seeking guidance when needed.
  • A talent for simplifying complex processes.
