Multilingual Office Coordinator

The perfect candidate will be a meticulous and collaborative individual who serves as the initial point of contact for guests at the office, welcoming them in a courteous and articulate manner in both English and Spanish. Additional responsibilities will include various administrative tasks such as managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, providing clerical assistance, and supporting office operations.
Contract Duration: 4-6 Months
Compensation: $20-24/hr
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and route phone inquiries
- Handle mail distribution
- Serve as the primary contact for visitors
- Oversee office supply inventory
- Prepare conference rooms and coordinate schedules
- Assist the Office Manager with event preparations and clean-up
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant role
- Ability to uphold a positive demeanor
- Strong communication abilities
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
