About the Job

Laoret is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and aggressively pursue new business opportunities to generate and qualify leads
  • Rapidly engage with prospects/clients to understand their requirements and potential business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a list of potential buyers using tools provided to sales qualify leads and opportunities
  • Manage incoming leads and close or align them according to the value of the overall opportunity
  • Utilize consultative selling to articulate an executive vision of how Laoret's solutions can benefit potential customers
  • Demonstrate commercial insight and understanding of client's business needs, identifying areas where Laoret's services can offer value
  • Stay up-to-date with industry, market, and competitor developments to drive business growth and development
  • Develop and maintain extensive product and industry knowledge
Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high-quality and business profit
  • Effective time management and organization skills
  • Experience in the translation and localization industry preferred
  • Ideal candidate will have experience in business development and sales, with a proven track record of achieving goals
