We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Technicolor Games. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business horizons and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and development of new projects within the Games industry.
  • Client Relationships: Foster strong client relationships through strategic initiatives and tailored solutions, identifying opportunities within existing client base to enhance partnerships and drive revenue growth.
  • CRM Operations: Manage CRM tools throughout the sales pipeline, while managing communication, reporting, and accurate forecasting.
  • Contract Negotiations: Negotiate and finalize contracts, meeting client requirements while aligning with our legal, creative, and production teams.
  • Collaboration: Partner with our internal production and creative teams to assess opportunities, develop tailored proposals, and align client requirements with our creative and technical expertise.
Requirements:
  • Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience in business development and partnership management in Games or related fields.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish and grow relationships internally and externally.
  • Travel: Ability to travel for work, with flexibility and creativity in developing solutions addressing our partner's challenges.
