Sales Growth Manager

Valet Living seeks a seasoned Sales Growth Manager to drive team performance and promote the MultiPro brand. This individual will lead Business Development Representatives within an assigned region to achieve sales goals with desired service margins.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales objectives, minimum 10 years in business-to-business outside consultative sales environment, and experience selling business-to-business services. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with proficiency in MS Office applications and database experience.
This role involves assisting in recruiting, hiring, and training BDRs, managing key performance indicators, and administering corrective action as needed. The Sales Growth Manager will also collaborate with operations on retention strategies, communicate the company's vision, and track team activity through Salesforce CRM management. Estimated salary: $120,000 - $135,000 per year, depending on location, experience, and skill set.
In this dynamic role, you will build and sustain relationships with C-level executives, monitor competitor products and services, and develop market research to adjust sales strategy. You will also oversee and evaluate market conditions, represent the company at industry associations, and facilitate alignment between Sales and Operations staff. Estimated salary: $120,000 - $135,000 per year, depending on location, experience, and skill set.
