Regional Sales Growth Manager

The District Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing revenue for TPH Holdings LLC.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing effective strategies to penetrate new markets, and promoting a team sales approach between outside and inside sales personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Developing Strategies: Identify and evaluate new market potential; establish a strategy and develop plans to enhance those markets.
- Customer Satisfaction: Spearhead management of customer service and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Sales Performance: Remain current on sales performance and provide sales reports as required.
- Sales Volume Increase: Increase sales volume through direct sales efforts and by assisting outside sales personnel.
- Team Collaboration: Promote a team sales approach between the outside and inside sales personnel.
- New Customer Acquisition: Develop new customers; identify, track, and qualify projects.
- Productivity Goals: Works to ensure sales and productivity goals are met.
- Staff Selection: Participate in selecting high-quality representatives throughout the recruiting process.
- Coaching and Development: Exhibit ongoing effectiveness in coaching staff to project XL Parts Value statement.
- Goal Achievement: Meet and/or exceed established sales goals.
- Regulatory Compliance: Know, comply with and enforce applicable corporate and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Customer Support: Work cooperatively with stores/operations personnel to improve customer service and resolve customer issues.
- Leadership Relationships: Foster close, cooperative relationships with peer leaders and other senior executives.
