Entry-Level Position Summary

The Account Development Specialist role at MC Management is designed for individuals who are eager to develop their skills and grow with our company. In this entry-level position, you will have the opportunity to create product proposals tailored to customers' individual needs, drive sales growth through regular contact and introducing our clients' specific products and services, and cultivate relationships directly with all customer accounts, new and existing. With full training and development provided, no prior experience is required.

About the Account Development Specialist Role

As an Account Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing personalized product offerings to meet customers' requirements, driving revenue growth by establishing strong relationships with existing and new customers, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure quality work and meet KPIs. You will also contribute to the company's success by retaining customer accounts through solution-based selling and recommending customized solutions that meet their evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and present tailored product offerings to customers based on their specific needs
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Drive revenue growth by introducing our clients' products and services to customers
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives


Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess an Associate's Degree or 4-year diploma and have 1-3 years of Customer Account Management, Sales, Client Facing, and/or entry-level experience. You must be comfortable engaging with customers directly, have high attention to detail when managing accounts, and excel in written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, you should demonstrate a strong work ethic and ability to learn new skills quickly, as well as excellent time management and follow-up skills.
