Regional Sales Growth Manager

About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity for growth-oriented individuals to lead sales expansion and customer acquisition within their assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Grow business through strategic sales of gas products and technology, targeting new and existing customers.
- Territory Management: Develop and execute plans to maintain and grow the existing customer base, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiation and Communication: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers while utilizing effective communication skills to build long-term relationships.
- Customer Relationship Management
Actively review and manage customer accounts to minimize working capital investment and financial risk.
- Customer Issue Resolution
- Expense Management
- Proposal Review
- Administrative Duties
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with strong time management, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Requirements and QualificationsWe seek candidates with:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of previous sales experience
- Strong knowledge of welding and gas products preferred
- Industrial sales experience preferred
- Successful track record of managing a sales territory
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
