Compensation Package

An industry-leading compensation package that includes weekly commissions, bonuses, and additional incentives.

A First Year OTE of $100,000 (Commission + Bonus) is achievable through hard work and dedication.

Job Responsibilities
  • Communicate the value proposition for products and services to customers, resulting in sales goal achievement.
  • Convert and close new and existing leads by applying best-in-class phone sales/service skills and product knowledge.
  • Achieve sales objectives and budget established by the company.
  • Develop innovative strategies to create new business opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Results-driven individual with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
  • 2+ years of proven inside sales or telemarketing experience selling business products or services.
  • Demonstrate consistent success in previous roles indicated by a high level of sales success.
  • Strong customer focus on delivering sales and building relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
