About the Role

Crimson Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring they receive first-class service and tailored solutions to their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels, ensuring prompt and professional responses to their inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and product departments, to optimize internal processes and ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Process credit notes and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, working closely with accounting and RMA departments.
  • Stay up-to-date with product innovations and technical details, communicating effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of customer service trends and strategies, ensuring Crimson Solutions remains at the forefront of industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree, with 1-2 years of experience in technical customer support.
  • Familiarity with IT hardware products, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong technical understanding and a customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
