Job Overview

Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to deliver remote assistance to our clientele. The successful candidate will possess a solid background in technical diagnostics and support for a range of Microsoft technologies.

Primary Duties

  • Full-time role with standard working hours
  • Provide IT assistance for Microsoft software and operating systems
  • Assist with network connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security measures
  • Implement and maintain remote access solutions
  • Document all actions and keep system records updated
  • Effectively communicate with clients regarding ticket status and updates
  • Deploy desktop and laptop systems
  • Aim for exceptional customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Preferred IT Certifications such as Microsoft MCP, MCSA, or MCSE
  • 5 years of experience in technical troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Windows servers, Exchange, O365, and Active Directory
  • Knowledge of remote access solutions and firewall configurations
  • Experience with Virtual Microsoft Windows environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Capability to diagnose technical problems and adapt to changes swiftly
  • Self-driven and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
