Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at solvENT. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing patient flow, and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Front Desk Operations: Greet patients, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, procedures, and surgeries, ensuring accurate and efficient use of provider time.
  3. Registration and Insurance: Collect and verify patient information, process insurance claims, and reconcile charges.
  4. Chart Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charts, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  5. Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff, both verbally and in writing.
  6. Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and supply management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical office setting, preferably as an administrative assistant.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance practices, and computer applications.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
