Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at PrideStaff. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office operations, and supporting our accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to customers and guests
  • Manage front office duties, including answering phones, directing calls, and handling mail and packages
  • Assist with accounting tasks, such as entering invoices and POs in QuickBooks
  • File and maintain accurate records of office paperwork and supplies
  • Coordinate with employees and management to ensure smooth office operations
  • Perform various data entry tasks, customer service duties, and typing tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a front office or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
