We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Fairfield Inn & Suites Tuscaloosa, AL. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and exemplifying excellent guest service, ensuring that guests enjoy a safe and secure stay.

The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel front desk operations and be able to enhance guest experience by responding to inquiries and providing recommendations about the hotel and surrounding area, in line with the hotel's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team on group bookings, LNR accounts, and sales leads.
  • Ensure that Front Desk policies and procedures are consistently implemented and adhered to.
  • Maintain and utilize Front Desk checklists for each shift.
  • Manage schedules and cover shifts in case of absences or no-shows.
  • Operate the Front Desk with efficiency.
  • Communicate with and train Front Desk staff.
  • Act as a Market Champion.
  • Coordinate training for all Front Office staff as required by the Brand.
  • Uphold Brand Standard initiatives and service standards.
