Position Summary: We are in search of a full-time Office Coordinator who will be responsible for managing customer orders through various processes and equipment. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple tasks, possess excellent time management abilities, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer administrative assistance to promote efficient office operations.
  • Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
  • Respond to emails and other digital communications promptly.
  • Compose and revise letters, reports, and various documents.
  • Update and manage information in databases and spreadsheets.
  • Prepare agendas for meetings and document minutes.
  • Collaborate with maintenance personnel and external vendors to ensure office equipment is functional and supplies are adequately stocked.
  • Conduct research as needed and compile information for reports or presentations.
  • Work closely with fellow administrative staff and provide support to colleagues as required.
  • Manage sensitive information with discretion to uphold confidentiality and comply with privacy regulations.
  • Ensure deadlines are met while adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Exhibit a positive and professional demeanor representing the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative capacity.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, ability to follow procedural guidelines, basic computer proficiency, attention to detail.
  • Attributes: Punctual, consistent in work quality, positive attitude, eager to learn, safety-conscious, efficient, accountable, honest, and motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $19.00 per hour (based on experience)
