Position Overview: This role involves delivering comprehensive hardware and software assistance to staff and incoming personnel. The position will support the generation of weekly reports, oversee inventory management, and perform various administrative duties as required.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, catering to a diverse range of users with professionalism and dedication.

The individual must be adaptable and quick to learn in a fast-paced environment. The role may necessitate travel between different office locations (up to 150 miles).

Key Responsibilities:
- Image and install software on Windows and Apple laptops/desktops, including IMACs (installations, relocations, additions, and modifications) and provide remote support.
- Troubleshoot post-deployment issues across various computer platforms: Windows, Macintosh, and mobile devices.
- Manage printer repairs and installations.
- Oversee disposal, redeployment, and asset recovery processes.
- Coordinate shipping and manage data backup and recovery efforts.
- Execute hardware refresh initiatives and handle warranty and out-of-warranty repairs and replacements.
- Provide walk-up support and manage spare parts inventory.
- Demonstrate proficiency in supporting VDI and first-level troubleshooting for executives (VIPs).

Additional Duties:
- Support audio and video systems, including health checks.
- Manage inventory and asset tracking.
- Collaborate with external vendors for dispatch support.
- Identify and resolve conflicts between hardware and software applications.
- Open and close service requests, ensuring effective classification, assignment, tracking, and resolution of requests or incidents.
- Responsible for asset tagging and entering all incoming equipment into the asset management system.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure proper onboarding of new hires.
- Provide weekly reports on physical inventory counts and document weekly outflows of hardware equipment.
- Coordinate with external suppliers to schedule repairs for malfunctioning hardware.
- Ensure that solutions align with company standards and policies.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of IT experience, including technical training.
- Proficient in Windows and Macintosh platforms, including portable devices, and familiar with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with imaging Windows 10 OS.
- Understanding of basic networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, Windows Networking, Ethernet).
- Experience with networked printers (queue creation, server maintenance, etc.).
- Proficient in PC-based word processing, presentation, and email software.
- Familiarity with spreadsheet software sufficient to develop formulas and perform calculations across multiple worksheets.
- Willingness to work extended hours or modified schedules to support planned activities or emergencies.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in a call center or help desk environment is preferred.
- MCP and/or A+ Certifications are advantageous.
- Strong aptitude for learning and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver's license and own transportation for travel (mileage will be reimbursed according to policy).

Responsibilities include providing support for on-call escalations and conducting root cause analysis of issues, independently resolving tickets within agreed SLAs, adhering to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
