Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our technical infrastructure operates smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing top-notch service and support to our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver helpdesk assistance and training to end users.
  • Set up, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with Windows computers and related equipment.
  • Provide first-level support for software-related inquiries.
  • Assist in maintaining the IT infrastructure, including both hardware and software components.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand user needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Manage account licenses and permissions across Office 365 and other cloud services.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees by assigning necessary permissions.
  • Continuously seek improvements in processes to enhance IT onboarding efficiency.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • 1-5 years of relevant experience or a bachelor's degree in a related IT field.
  • Proficient in current operating systems, particularly Windows and Office 365 applications.
  • Experience in setting up and maintaining workstations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Ability to take initiative and ownership of tasks to enhance processes as the organization grows.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with all levels of the organization.
  • Hands-on approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
  • Willingness to occasionally work outside of standard hours.
