This entry-level position seeks a dedicated candidate interested in pursuing a career in IT and willing to learn, so all levels of experience will be considered. The pay range is between $32,000 and $37,000 annually, paid hourly, and may vary based on market conditions.

  • Enforce security measures when necessary, such as when clients request to remove equipment without prior notification.
  • Follow shipping and receiving guidelines to ensure secure transport of materials.
  • Answer front desk calls and perform both physical and virtual security checks.
  • Process and prioritize technical requests from clients and employees via phone, email, or in person.
  • Utilize the ticketing system to document all requests and activities, including special requests and customizations for future reference.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and independent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive responsibilities.
  • A willingness and capability to learn quickly.
  • Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sitting for extended periods while checking in visitors.
  • Walking to escort visitors and conduct safety checks throughout the facility.
  • Lifting lightweight items frequently and occasionally handling heavier equipment.
  • Dexterity for operating security systems and handling equipment.
