Responsibilities:
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of PC and mobile device hardware, software configurations, operating systems, and LAN to resolve technical issues and provide implementation support.
  • Provide omni-channel technical support (home office and field) in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and prioritizing efforts as needed.
  • Conduct initial client experience consultations, analyze problems, develop solutions, and test fixes to promptly resolve issues.
  • Pursue complex assignments to become a multi-functional technical specialist in both field and home office support.
  • Identify opportunities for process and service improvements, collaborating with senior team members to innovate and implement ideas.
  • Build strong interpersonal relationships with internal and external teams, participating in temporary projects and support assignments.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field OR equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years' technical Help Desk experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in troubleshooting computer and mobile device hardware and software, including software support tools.
  • Strong customer service skills, both verbal and written, with effective communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Adaptability to evolving technology environments and business needs.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Initiative and motivation, with a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Keen attention to detail, ensuring concise and clear ticket documentation.
  • Ability to provide multi-channel support in a dynamic technology landscape.
