Senior Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Business Development to support the growth of our North America Generics business. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, negotiating deals, and developing strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate and finalize deals with business partners
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and Supply Chain teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate new business opportunities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, contract negotiation, and alliance management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using business development tools and software
Working Conditions:
- Office-based role with occasional travel required
