Senior Business Intelligence Developer

Lorven Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. As a key member of our Life Sciences industry team, you will be responsible for designing and developing business intelligence solutions that drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage operational requests and enhancements to ensure seamless business operations.
- Maintain user access for BI systems, including QlikSense, to ensure secure and efficient data access.
- Contribute to the architecture of BI databases to ensure scalability and performance.
- Develop custom reports and build reporting tools for end users and other BI analysts to meet business needs.
- Integrate new data sources into the BI environment to enhance data analysis capabilities.
- Analyze and rebuild existing reports and processes to ensure long-term sustainability.
- Collaborate with third parties to achieve business goals and drive innovation.
- Analyze metrics and trends to propose improvements for processes or systems.
- Design and develop measurements to demonstrate operational effectiveness and productivity.
- Evaluate the return on investment of special projects and initiatives aimed at system and process enhancements.
- Create ad hoc reports as needed to support business decisions.
- Support operations improvement initiatives as required to drive business growth.
- Coordinate with system users to determine final objectives, desired reports, historical data to be preserved, data sources, and other key requirements.
We are looking for a professional with 3-5 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry, possessing strong commercial pharma knowledge. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Veeva CRM, IQVIA, Symphony, and digital marketing data, with experience working on HCP & HCO-related work items. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage directly with the business, are essential. Experience in building reports using reporting tools like QlikSense, MicroStrategy, ThoughtSpot, and familiarity with performance optimization and tuning techniques focusing on the Qlik technologies stack are highly desirable.
