Qualifications:

  • A strong commitment to driving customer success and delivering measurable business value.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate conflicts and foster collaborative partnerships.
  • Proficient consulting abilities.
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Outstanding organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with software in the digital marketing and media landscape, including data platforms, content management systems, and customer journey mapping.
  • Experienced in Program Management within large organizations, effectively inspiring change by engaging key stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in account planning and customer success strategies, including leading executive meetings and workshops.
  • Skilled in conducting executive-level discussions and presentations.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
