Job Overview
As a Client Relationship Manager at NielsenIQ, you will play a pivotal role in managing client interactions and ensuring the successful delivery of our services.

Location:
This position is remote within the United States.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be the primary liaison for clients, overseeing various projects and deadlines. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Collaborating with client stakeholders to identify their strategic business objectives and opportunities.
  • Introducing innovative solutions and analytics from NielsenIQ to address client needs.
  • Gaining a deep understanding of NielsenIQ's product offerings and solutions.
  • Coordinating with multiple internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables for clients.
  • Building and nurturing strong partnerships with clients, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Identifying opportunities for collaboration across NielsenIQ teams to enhance client engagement.
  • Driving client involvement in NielsenIQ's strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Providing ongoing education about NielsenIQ's data and solutions to clients, sharing innovative insights.
  • Delivering proactive insights and actionable solutions to meet client expectations.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Bachelor's Degree.
  • Over 5 years of experience in syndicated data analysis within the FMCG, CPG, or Retail sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills and a polished communication style, particularly in client presentations.
  • The ability to maintain positive client relationships in complex situations and resolve issues effectively.
  • A strong sense of urgency and accountability in driving client outcomes.
  • Experience working collaboratively with both internal and external teams.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with market trends, consumer behavior, and panel insights.
  • Preferred experience with syndicated data tools and e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and BI Tools like PowerBI.
