Role Overview
We are in search of exceptionally skilled Engagement Managers to provide strategic counsel to clients on pivotal issues surrounding growth strategies, industry mega-trends, disruptive technologies, and intellectual property. The ideal candidate will be an innovative and enthusiastic leader, committed to driving client success and enhancing the overall growth of our firm through insightful thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Engagement Managers will spearhead project teams in crafting proposals, developing work plans, and determining resource needs. They will synthesize team insights into comprehensive written reports and present findings to senior executives. We seek experienced leaders dedicated to delivering exceptional results for major corporations and private equity firms.
Specific Duties Include:
- Leading teams to generate unique insights regarding client strategies.
- Communicating findings effectively to senior management.
- Collaborating with clients to identify strategic opportunities.
Compensation
Compensation will be aligned with experience and comparable to similar roles within the professional services sector, including a base salary and performance bonuses. This position does not require travel.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, preferably in strategy consulting or M&A advisory.
- A postgraduate degree and a strong academic background from a reputable institution.
- A proactive and confident approach, with a strong intellectual curiosity and executive presence.
- Experience in developing client proposals and leading engagements.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to construct strategic frameworks for problem-solving.
- A passion for delivering innovative and insightful recommendations.
- Excellent project management and team leadership abilities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
