Job Title: Consulting Account Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Consulting Account Manager. This role will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering high-value projects that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Lead project teams and resources to deliver client results and value
  • Negotiate with clients to set and manage project expectations and budgetary requirements
  • Communicate project and consultant direction, approach, priorities, and status to clients and management
  • Understand and communicate W3R Consulting's capabilities and service offerings
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of proven account and project management experience in consulting and solutions services
  • Proficiency and prior project experience with data management, data governance, data strategy, analytics, and digital transformation
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven sales track record in consulting services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Motivated to succeed and passionate about organization goals
  • Process/Quality driven
  • Proven ability to multi-task
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft suite of tools
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or management
