Job Responsibilities

As a Lobby Concierge, you will have the chance to collaborate with remarkable individuals who are equally passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality to our esteemed clients.

Key Duties:

  • Warmly welcome clients and guests, ensuring a friendly and engaging check-in experience at the reception area.
  • Develop an understanding of the client’s culture and key activities, acting as a liaison to enhance transparency.
  • Oversee all activities related to visitor greeting, staying informed about daily meetings and any last-minute changes.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all events and emergencies, remaining vigilant and ready to address any challenges that may arise.
  • Conduct regular inspections of room appearances and collaborate with Building Operations to uphold facility standards.
  • Manage incoming calls at the reception desk, directing inquiries and handling message delivery efficiently.
  • Communicate requests to relevant internal departments promptly.
  • Be well-versed in emergency procedures and prepared to execute designated tasks during emergencies.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the company's dress code.
  • Assist the Guest Services Manager in ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and has a memorable experience.
  • Act as a resource for guests, providing directions and hospitality services.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Client Engagement

Client Interaction:

  • Greet all visitors, ensuring eye contact is made within 10 feet of entrances and reception areas.
  • Promptly acknowledge both internal and external clients with a friendly greeting.
  • Proactively address inquiries and requests, collaborating with the Hospitality Services Manager as necessary.
  • Work closely with team members and other personnel to ensure seamless transitions throughout the guest experience.
Team Collaboration

Communication:

  • Maintain effective communication with peers and management, demonstrating attention to detail in both verbal and written exchanges.
  • Stay informed about business activities and share updates with team members.
  • Assist in training new associates and participate in cross-training programs as available.
Professional Standards

Personal Presentation:

  • Exhibit a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Adhere to uniform and presentation standards in accordance with company policy.
