About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Island Ambassador. As a key member of our restaurant leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set the Tone - Greet all guests with a friendly smile, demonstrating genuine hospitality and balancing service between bar top guests and the service well.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service - Provide knowledge of all food, beer, wine, and spirits menus, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.
  • Build a Positive Team Environment - Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all team members and maintain proper stock levels (including inventory control and ordering) of perishables and spirits according to projected business.
  • Support Your Crew - Practice proper cash handling, proper operation of the point-of-sale system, and hospitality standards.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of bartending or related experience in a full-service restaurant.
  • Current food handler's card and alcohol service certification as required by federal/state/local law.
  • Meet minimum age for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service/hospitality.
  • Excellent guest service skills.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business.
