Role Summary

As a Lobby Ambassador, you will have the chance to collaborate with exceptional individuals who are equally passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality to our esteemed clients. The Lobby Ambassador is tasked with engaging all clients, guests, vendors, tourists, and tenants entering the lobby and reception area, maintaining an energetic, friendly, and approachable demeanor at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Lead Lobby Ambassador in ensuring every guest is greeted warmly and has a memorable experience.
  • Serve as a resource for hospitality services and way-finding for all guests.
  • Engage clients and guests with warmth while efficiently facilitating the check-in process or escorting them to their destinations.
  • Familiarize yourself with the profiles of VIP guests expected for the day.
  • Recognize and welcome VIP guests, adhering to service excellence standards.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, sharing necessary information as it arises.
  • Build and maintain relationships with tenants and repeat guests to enhance their overall experience.
  • Understand the client culture and key areas of activity, serving as an extension of the client.
  • Take ownership of your assigned building location, actively engaging with all guests.
  • Be knowledgeable about the Firm's emergency procedures and be prepared to execute designated tasks in emergencies.
  • Maintain adherence to the Hospitality signature appearance.
  • Memorize FAQs and provide knowledgeable responses about the building, surrounding areas, transportation, local dining options, and events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Client Care:
  • Greet all guests/visitors, ensuring eye contact is made within 10 feet of entrances.
  • Welcome internal and external clients with a smile, promptly acknowledging them with a friendly greeting.
  • Collaborate with team members and other building personnel to ensure smooth transitions throughout the guest's journey.
Teamwork and Communication:
  • Communicate effectively with peers and the Lobby Host Lead, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail in both verbal and written communication.
  • Maintain awareness of business activity and share updates with team members.
  • Provide assistance based on business needs, including lunch coverage and general support.
  • Support the training of new associates and complete checklists as required.
  • Participate in cross-training programs covering all areas of the department when available.
