This key position is responsible for securing capital and resources locally, leveraging National LISC's support, and fostering relationships with government, philanthropy, community, and civic partners.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to advance LISC's mission and goals in the Bay Area.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, philanthropic organizations, community groups, and business leaders.
- Secure funding and resources to support LISC's programs and initiatives in the Bay Area.
- Provide leadership and guidance to LISC staff and partners in the Bay Area.
- Stay up-to-date on local, regional, and national trends and developments that impact LISC's work.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership and community development experience, with a deep understanding of the Bay Area's complex social and economic issues. They will be a strategic thinker, a skilled communicator, and a collaborative leader who can build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
