About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at Now Hiring You, LLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our business operations and supervising our attorney and non-attorney employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Manage and supervise staff to ensure a high level of performance and compliance with our firm's policies and procedures.
  • Legal Production: Oversee the production of legal case work and ensure that our firm is providing quality and timely legal services.
  • Human Resources: Manage our human resources department, including recruitment, retention, and onboarding.
  • Business Systems: Ensure that our business systems, policies, and procedures are documented and followed.
  • Financial Management: Monitor our firm's financial performance and ensure that it is profitable.
  • Expansion and Growth: Oversee expansion and new office openings while managing growth along with staffing for these new locations.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a professional services firm, with experience in law firm budgeting, legal production, and HR.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
