Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to the Kalispel Tribe of Indians' internal controls and policies.
  • Deliver food to tables efficiently, utilizing proper tray service techniques.
  • Provide attentive and friendly service to ensure a delightful dining experience for all guests.
  • Assist servers and supervisors with guest service requests.
  • Refill beverages, provide bread service, and clear dishes promptly, maintaining a clean dining area.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the menu items and their descriptions.
  • Possess knowledge of alcoholic beverages and garnishes, ready to answer guest inquiries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned workstations.
  • Collaborate with servers and supervisors to ensure effective teamwork.
  • Complete opening and closing side work duties as assigned.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding food and service concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness of side stations and restock as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with hosts, supervisors, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain a reliable attendance record.
  • May participate as a panelist in the Internal Review Board Process.
  • Accurately complete necessary paperwork at the end of shifts.
  • Keep a confidential record of tips received.
  • Attend all required training sessions.
  • Assist with additional projects as directed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Minimum of one year of experience as an expeditor, server, or server assistant in a full-service restaurant.
  • Prior experience in food running, expo, and serving is essential.
  • Possession of a food handler's permit from the relevant authority.
  • Hepatitis A vaccination is required.
  • Job offer is contingent upon successful completion of background checks and pre-employment screenings.
