Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to the Kalispel Tribe of Indians' Internal Controls and Northern Quest Policies and Procedures.
  • Deliver food to all tables using tray service, ensuring proper delivery methods.
  • Provide a pleasurable dining experience by offering constant, attentive, and friendly service to all guests.
  • Assist Servers or Supervisors with any guest service requests.
  • Refill water, deliver beverages, and provide bread service throughout the meal while maintaining a clean and neat dining area.
  • Possess knowledge of the menu items and their descriptions.
  • Be knowledgeable about alcoholic beverages and garnishes, ready to answer guest inquiries.
  • Maintain assigned workstations and assist other servers and supervisors to ensure teamwork.
  • Serve tables when requested by the supervisor.
  • Complete opening and closing side work duties and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
  • Perform all side work efficiently to ensure a clean work area with adequate supplies.
  • Communicate effectively with the sous chef and kitchen staff, and be prepared to assist with food expo duties when necessary.
  • Report any food and service complaints to the Supervisor.
  • Maintain cleanliness of all side stations and restock food runner stations as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with Hostess/Host, Supervisors, Servers, and Kitchen Staff to maintain a smooth and efficient pace.
  • Maintain a good attendance record.
  • May be required to participate as a panelist for the Internal Review Board Process.
  • Accurately complete all necessary paperwork at the end of shifts.
  • Keep a confidential daily record of tips.
  • Attend all training meetings.
  • Assist in other projects as directed.

Education, Experience & Other Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as an expeditor, server, or server assistant in a full-service restaurant.
  • Prior experience in food running, expo, and serving is essential.
  • Food handler's permit from the relevant government agency.
  • Hepatitis A vaccination.
  • Job offer contingent upon successful completion of background check and pre-employment screening.
