Guest Services Specialist

Hiring Preference: The Kalispel Tribe of Indians is committed to equal employment opportunities. At-Will Employment: Employment with the Kalispel Tribe of Indians is at-will, allowing termination with or without cause and notice at any time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive information to guests on various topics.
- Assist guests, colleagues, and visitors with requests to enhance their experience.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
- Arrive promptly to facilitate smooth shift transitions.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of resort services and community events.
- Deliver anticipatory service with genuine care for guests.
- Offer personalized recommendations for amenities and activities.
- Create tailored itineraries and packages for guests.
- Monitor the business center and maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Handle guest requests efficiently and maintain high visibility in the lobby.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of two years in hotel front office or one year in concierge services.
- Experience in a four-star or four-diamond hotel is preferred.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent verbal communication and interaction with guests.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and navigate various environments.
Work Environment: The work environment may include exposure to tobacco smoke and varying conditions. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
