Key Responsibilities:
As a Front Desk Agent, your primary duties will include:
  • Welcoming guests and managing check-in and check-out processes at the Northern Quest Resort and Casino Hotel.
  • Providing outstanding service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns with genuine interest.
  • Utilizing the hotel’s computer system for guest registrations and managing room assignments.
  • Answering phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborating with team members to uphold the highest service standards.
  • Promoting hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experiences.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate records of guest accounts and room availability.
  • Facilitating reservations for dining, entertainment, and transportation as needed.
  • Upholding confidentiality and privacy standards for all guests.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: 3-6 months of relevant experience preferred; coursework in hospitality is a plus.
Skills:
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle financial transactions accurately.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements:
The role may require lifting objects up to 50 pounds and involves frequent communication with guests and team members.

Work Environment:
The work environment may include exposure to tobacco smoke and varying temperatures. Accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
