Role Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving membership growth within existing accounts and managing business relationships with client accounts. You will ensure that our systems and processes meet the needs of internal and external clients, and develop and implement strategies to enhance account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead overall account management for CIGNA HealthCare assigned customers, focusing on persistency results, membership growth, and revenue growth.
  • Contribute to financial success by providing input that positively impacts results.
  • Develop and maintain exceptional client and broker relationships to drive growth and service excellence.
Requirements
  • College degree or equivalent related experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in health benefits.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and sales negotiation skills.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, underwriting, or operations.
  • Financial acumen and ability to grow the book of business.
