Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team at PCI Pharma Services. As a key member of our Business Development Team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our D&M business in the North West region of the US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in designated regions through email and telephone outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and internal teams to expand sales and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with clients, and collaborate with the global proposals team to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Partner with Business Development colleagues in other segments to drive cross-selling opportunities and work directly with Quality and Operations to develop and improve industry knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 7-10 years of related experience and/or training.
  • Basic Mathematical Skills and Intermediate Computer Skills, including proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Full Professional Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and successfully manage time and clients, with a high standard of report writing and previous experience negotiating pricing, contracts, and confidentiality agreements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to effectively present information to various people, and identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
