About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Michael Page. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and leading the sales process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your target market and territory
  • Manage the sales process from interview through offer stage and close of sale
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source and screen potential candidates using multiple online resources
  • Build close partnerships with clients to deliver tailored solutions for attracting top talent
  • Conduct in-person interviews to evaluate candidates
  • Mentor and develop entry-level sales consultants
  • Contribute to the proposal process by developing and pitching proposals
  • Negotiate commercial terms and rates
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in b2b sales or recruitment
  • Prospecting experience is required
  • Closing business is required
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • A positive attitude and desire to win
  • Driven by a desire to achieve meaningful and measurable results
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Adaptable and coachable
