Business Development Executive

At Advertising Specialty Institute, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive, Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our supplier sales department, you will be responsible for selling ASI advertising and marketing services and ASI Show events and services to a pre-determined base of supplier clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales while meeting and exceeding all daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals.
- Aggressively and regularly inform clients of ASI and ASI Show products and services.
- Develop prospects through active communication to all assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with ASI Show Account Manager to sell all ASI Show events and sponsorships.
- Communicate sales confirmations to customers and maintain detailed records of each customer call.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 2-3 years business-to-business phone sales experience required.
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to articulate the value of advertising products to business decision makers.
- MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic knowledge of Internet.
- CRM experience is a plus.
- Open to travel requirement of 25%.
