Senior Business Development Manager

At Invictus Talent Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT Staffing Sales and a strong leadership background. Key responsibilities include:
• Creating and monitoring target accounts and relationships for the local sales department
• Bringing in new accounts and executing Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
• Building trusting and professional relationships with clients
• Meeting with clients and account managers to ensure all accounts are looked after and maintained
• Supervising and managing regional salespeople in the department
• Following up on complaints and queries on behalf of clients
• Promoting new services and products to clients in the department
• Developing and mentoring entry-level recruiters
• Reporting to senior management on the status of accounts
• Taking a leading role in presentations and proposals for national accounts
• Monitoring and identifying market trends, competitors, and new sales leads
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in IT Staffing Sales
• Strong leadership and production role experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
