Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team at David Lantzy State Farm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, promoting our insurance products, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Product Promotion: Promote and sell our insurance products, including auto, home, and life insurance, to new and existing customers.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop leads, and convert them into sales.
  • Account Management: Manage customer accounts, resolve inquiries and complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Quote Packages: Create and present quote packages to potential customers, highlighting the benefits of our insurance products.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is essential.
  • Credentials: A Property and Casualty license, as well as a Life and Health license, are required.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport with clients, and proficiency in CRM platforms.
