Requirements

  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience required.
    • Previous experience in a convenience store or similar environment preferred.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed business decisions.
    • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
