    • Work with department chairs to recruit, develop, and mentor faculty members
    • Monitor and project long-term faculty hiring needs

    • Oversee faculty awards for research, teaching, and service
  • Academic Programs

Requirements
  • A terminal degree in a business-related discipline from an accredited college or university
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and available to start on or around July 1, 2024
  • A distinguished record of teaching and scholarship consistent with being classified as Scholarly Academic
  • Evidence of introducing effective innovative and engaging teaching practices
  • Evidence of collaboration and a commitment to the University's shared governance model
  • Demonstrated experience working with diverse groups/populations and in creating a culture of trust, transparency, collegiality, and innovation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A successful track record in leading others and inspiring and managing change
  • Ability to work with faculty colleagues to establish structures that support work and responsibilities of the department
  • A commitment to develop and maximize faculty members' capabilities in their pursuits to achieving excellence in teaching and scholarship
  • Active membership in academic and business associations/organizations

  • Experience leading curricular innovations
  • Experience and interest in entrepreneurship, family business, data analytics, sales, and/or information technology management
