The Johns Hopkins Medical Call Center (Patient Access Services) is on the lookout for compassionate customer service professionals who excel in problem-solving and adaptability. Contribute to delivering outstanding healthcare by:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing communications (calls, emails, faxes, etc.) between healthcare providers and patients seeking services
  • Building rapport with patients while collaborating with a skilled, multi-disciplinary team
  • Facilitating complex appointment scheduling processes

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or GED is required.

A minimum of two years of experience in a medical office, hospital, medical call center, or a similar customer service role is necessary.

Must possess the ability to converse and type simultaneously, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Benefits:
