We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at BCH Mechanical. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our office.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office
  • Answer and screen incoming phone calls, and greet visitors entering the lobby
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning
  • Carry out other clerical tasks as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with all levels within the company

Requirements:

  • 1 year of administrative experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Perform high work volume with minimal errors and supervision
  • Communicate courteously and proactively with all levels within the company
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Professional, proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Multitask and work independently, as well as in a team environment
