Job Title: Client Relations Coordinator

Role Summary:

The Client Relations Coordinator will serve as a vital link between our organization and our valued customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries related to orders, products, and service issues.
  • Engage with clients in a courteous and supportive manner to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Process customer orders through various channels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Core Duties Include:

  • Provide customer support for the Latin American region, including Mexico and Central and South America.
  • Communicate with clients via phone to discuss orders, returns, and product information.
  • Accurately input and track orders, ensuring timely fulfillment.
  • Verify e-commerce transactions for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Notify customers of any delays in shipments and gather necessary information for order processing.
  • Answer inquiries regarding product availability and recommend additional services as appropriate.
  • Coordinate inventory transfers between service centers as needed.
  • Initiate tracking requests with shipping carriers.
  • Modify or cancel orders as required.
  • Request replacement parts and address any shipping errors.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and perform administrative tasks such as filing.
  • Complete necessary forms and determine applicable charges for services.
  • Assist other service centers with customer inquiries as needed.
  • Collect customer feedback to enhance service quality.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures in all interactions.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Undertake special projects and additional tasks as assigned.
  • Support team members to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities, demonstrating friendliness and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows 10/11.
  • Experience with SAP is highly desirable.
  • Ability to interpret various documents and manuals.
  • Strong numerical aptitude for calculations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Demonstrated reliability and commitment to attendance.
