Position Overview:
As an HVAC Project Coordinator, you will oversee the administration of HVAC, hood, and fan installation projects, ensuring effective communication with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. You will monitor all aspects of construction, installation, and financial operations through our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze HVAC schematics and equipment specifications while negotiating installation costs with local subcontractors.
• Organize and manage all activities related to the HVAC statement of work (SOW) to adhere to project timelines and budgets.
• Procure, manage, and schedule the delivery of materials and equipment to guarantee timely installation.
• Establish and maintain communication with other onsite contractors and subcontractors to streamline project installation efforts.
• Liaise with client project managers and team members regarding project deliverables and timelines.
• Document project status daily using our CRM software.
• Generate monthly project billings and address any billing or accounts receivable issues as they arise.
• Create and track pending change orders to ensure timely compensation for additional work.
• Communicate effectively with team members and present project developments during weekly meetings.

Qualifications:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in the commercial HVAC construction sector; experience in project administration is advantageous.
• Mechanical understanding of construction tools and machinery.
• Forklift operation skills are a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong attention to detail and independent judgment capabilities.
• Excellent mathematical skills for problem-solving applications.
• Ability to implement innovative management techniques to enhance performance.
• Comprehensive understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, and standards affecting project activities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively in various situations.
