Position Overview

This role offers a merit-based remote work opportunity based on job duties. Following initial in-person training, the selected candidate may have the option to work from home up to three days a week.

We are currently seeking a driven entry-level Life Contact Center Representative to join our organization. The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service by responding to agent and policyholder inquiries via telephone with professionalism and providing accurate, timely information.
  • Adhering to established call center protocols for managing incoming calls.
  • Collaborating effectively with colleagues, agents, policyholders, and other departments as necessary.
  • Investigating and resolving inquiries, communicating outcomes through phone or written correspondence to policyholders, agents, or relevant departments.
  • Performing computer-based inquiries and data entry related to customer accounts.
  • Maintaining records and policy files in accordance with established procedures.
  • Exhibiting regular and reliable attendance in alignment with a defined work schedule.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (preferred) or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Experience in a direct insurance agency or company, particularly with Life products, is advantageous.
  • Willingness to accommodate occasional or seasonal overtime.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
