Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential for the effective management of fencing and guardrail projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing construction projects focused on the installation of fencing and guardrail.
  • Order materials and manage purchasing processes.
  • Coordinate logistics for material and equipment delivery with project superintendents.
  • Oversee labor production and manage project timelines.
  • Prepare and manage quotes, bids, and estimates for materials and labor.
  • Identify and evaluate subcontractors and vendors for specific project scopes.
  • Ensure subcontractor and vendor compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Estimating teams to provide feedback on estimates and best practices.
  • Participate in design review meetings to ensure project alignment.
  • Support Project Superintendents in maintaining safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including timecards and field reports.
  • Organize and save all project documents in designated shared drives.
  • Update project schedules and cost reports for review.
  • Actively participate in the company's safety program.
  • Prepare for project close-out requirements, including cost history and as-built documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Experience with fencing and guardrail projects is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Computer Skills:

  • Experience with estimating software such as Heavy Bid or B2W.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software like Microsoft Project or Primavera.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Job Type: Full-time


Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 per year
