Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator role is an essential contributor within the marketing division. Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate analytical reports and assessments for marketing initiatives
  • Support the marketing strategy development and compile reports based on team needs
  • Assist in customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • Effectively manage the requirements of both internal and external stakeholders
  • Enhance brand visibility
  • Collaborate and communicate with Sales Team members and Regional Sales Directors
  • Adhere to the creative development process to ensure efficient, high-quality, and timely project execution
  • Meet all deadlines established by the Marketing Director
  • Maintain organized filing systems

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting, possess strong communication skills, and accept creative guidance
  • Capability to meet stringent deadlines and respond positively to constructive feedback
  • General experience in marketing
  • Strong writing and editing capabilities
  • Availability for full-time work hours
  • Proficiency in both independent and team-oriented projects
  • Capacity to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions focused on marketing, branding, and advertising strategies
